Starbucks thinks I'm weird

I have a funny story to tell. Today I was sitting in Starbucks reading and this nice lady who works there came to collect my empty cup and she asked me "oh what are you reading?" I showed her my book which is called "mating rituals of the North American wasp".  

                        Wasp as in Anglo Saxon "preppy" and mating as in marriage and this lady thought I was really reading about the mating rituals of wasps as in the bug. CRINGE! she's like to me "is that interesting" and I said  "yes it's a very cute novel."  I only realised after she left what she actually thought I was reading!

Besides the wasp debacle. I had a wonderful time at Starbucks.

              Did anyone have a more           embarrassing day than me?

My Sixteenth Birthday!

Sweet Sixteen!

So this month was a wonderful month because it was my.... drum roll please! Sixteenth Birthday! yay! So i had been looking forward to my birthday for a while now because well who doesn't like to feel special. Birthdays have always been really special in my life and turning sixteen was no different.So for my birthday party this year i had really amazing party. The party was themed as the "A few of my favourite things tea party" On Facebook this was the party header.

Going against the Gatsby quote “And I like large parties. They’re so intimate." my party was an "intimate" party of maybe around 20. I ordered delicious foods such as croissants and macaroons. I also made chocolate almond cookies that were a hit!, mini salmon bagels and cucumber sandwiches. Of course there was tea and oh CAKE! I ordered a image cake that was coconut lemon flavour.

How AMAZING! does that cake look! I used my favourite Lilly Pattern and then found a Beautiful Unicorn quote.
